A collection of thirteen meditations, “SHARPEN” touches on a variety of topics from current societal issues to mental health, lifespan development, and psychedelic exploration. Ultimately, the purpose behind the album is self-improvement, hence the title “SHARPEN”. The album was composed and arranged over the course of four years, which becomes obvious when one takes note of the depth and rich texture of each track. Like an exotic dish or a fine painting, “SHARPEN” satiates the hungriest of musical palates, exhibiting a broad variety of genre-defying expressions.
